Melanie is a consummate customer service professional. After 15 successful years in customer service, Melanie joined Gove & Feldman to become our personal lines account manager, where she looks forward to assisting clients with their insurance needs and helping them better understand their coverage every day.

 

A Rockport native, Melanie spends her free time enjoying summers on the beach and winters cheering on the Celtics with friends and family — especially her nine-year-old son.
